Key Duties: Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical field. Select, set up, organize, and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment. Anticipate surgeons’ needs during procedures such as CABG, valve repair, and vascular interventions. Assist during surgery by ensuring appropriate instruments and materials are available promptly. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perfusionists to support patient safety and optimal outcomes. Qualifications/skillsStrong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity operating room environment.
