What will you do? As a Deal Strategist, you will partner directly with CEOs to raise capital for their private market deals via Reg CF and Reg D special purpose vehicles. You will own the end-to-end strategy and operations for your deals. Lead calls with founders and manage deal performance analysis and reporting Create compelling investor narratives and write persuasive copy Build investor pipelines and funnels and manage the creation of investor decks, updates, email campaigns, pitches, and webinar presentations Develop and execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns to reach prospective investors online Oversee strategic relationships with Reg CF and Reg D investment platforms Design and implement scalable systems and tools to enhance fundraising outcomes What are we looking for? 5-7+ years of relevant experience raising capital for, or deploying capital to, startups Experience in a marketing or sales role, or as a founder Executive presence with a communication style that is clear, concise, and persuasive Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven startup environment Detail-oriented organizational skills; experience managing many stakeholders and projects at once Proficiency in Claude, Google Workspace, Asana, Zoom, Slack, email service providers, Figma, Canva Strong record of professional and/or personal achievement What experience would be an added bonus?
