Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview: The Pots is looking for an independent and driven Outside Sales Representative with a passion for design, nature, and client relationships. We are a luxury biophilic design studio specializing in interiorscape, living walls, and curated plant experiences for high-end residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client portfolio Conduct site visits and present customized biophilic design solutions Develop relationships with designers, architects, developers, and property managers Prepare proposals and follow up to close sales Represent The Pots with a professional and design-oriented approach Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications: Experience in outside sales (design, landscaping, or related fields is a plus)Interest or knowledge in design, plants, or biophilic concepts Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Professional presence and client-facing experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
