Plant Manager

Pepsi Mid America is seeking a professional and motivated Production Managerto lead and oversee our production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production schedules are executed accurately, production lines remain operational, and processes are followed in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can mentor team members, improve efficiency, and maintain a safe, high-quality production environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy leading teams to achieve operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
Schedule: Monday–Friday |Day Shift
Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities:
Ensure all production operations are carried out efficiently and safely.
Oversee daily production schedules to meet operational goals.
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Maintain materials, monitor inventory levels, and oversee production efficiency.
Develop strategic and operational objectives aligned with company SOPs.
Perform quality control checks and monitor production KPIs.
Train, mentor, and supervise production staff.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as aProduction Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
Knowledge of operations management and production processes.
Familiarity with business and manufacturing principles.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience required.
