What You'll Do: Provide comprehensiveadultprimary care in a balanced outpatient practice. See15–20 patients per daywith full clinical support (dedicated MA + LVN). WorkMonday–Fridaywith dedicated daily administrative time built into your schedule. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventive care and long-term disease management. Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and office-based procedures. Collaborate with specialists, case managers, pharmacists, and health educators to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Supervise one NP or PA, providing mentorship and clinical guidance as assigned. Utilize NextGen EMRwith provider-tailored templates and dedicated in-house IT support. Participate in weekly lunch-and-learn meetings and ongoing quality initiatives that give physicians a voice in clinical decision-making.

Who You Are: (a.k.a. Our Dream Match):MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible inInternal Medicine. Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships with adult patients.
