Clinical Operations Supervisor Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence is looking a Clinical Operations Supervisor at BMC to join our team! The Clinical Operations Supervisor is a valuable resource for nursing and non-nursing staff across the hospital. They possess the authority to make critical decisions in nursing practice in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act of Massachusetts, following established policies at the unit, department, and hospital levels. In emergency situations, they have the power to make broader decisions and collaborate with the Administrator-On-Call (AOC), even accessing additional resources as needed. This role is dedicated to ensuring high-quality and safe patient care, with a focus on achieving zero patient harm. They actively monitor and promote best practices aligned with national patient safety goals and the Patient Care Services (PCS) initiatives at BMC, emphasizing safe care transitions, nursing-sensitive indicators, and positive patient and family experiences.

Weekday (3) 4-hour shifts 4p-8pEvery other weekend - 12 hour shifts (8a-8:30p)24 hours includes every other holiday
