Key Qualifications & Experience:

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide instruction and support to students with developmental disabilities in a classroom setting for grades 3-4Develop and modify lesson plans to meet each students unique needs and learning goals
  • Collaborate with classroom aides in a 1:3 ratio to foster a positive learning environment
  • Monitor and document student progress; adapt strategies as needed
  • Participate in training sessions and implement best practices as provided by the school
  • Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and educational teams
