Superintendent

Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day field operations and subcontractor activities. Manage site logistics, manpower, safety, quality and scheduling. Coordinate work around track outages, General Orders and restricted work windows. Oversee civil, structural, architectural and MEP scopes. Maintain short-term schedules and monitor project progress. Coordinate with project management, MTA representatives, inspectors and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with MTA, NYCT and OSHA requirements. Maintain daily reports and resolve field issues proactively. Mentor Assistant Superintendents and junior field staff.

Requirements: Previous experience as a Superintendent on MTA, NYCT, LIRR or similar transit projects. Strong understanding of construction in active transit environments. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex site logistics. Knowledge of station rehabilitation, accessibility upgrades and structural construction. Strong leadership, scheduling and communication skills. OSHA 30 and relevant MTA training are preferred. Flexibility to work nights or weekends when required.
