In-Home PTA: Mentorship, Growth & Flexible Schedule

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home and senior living care in Barnum, MN, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will deliver one-on-one plans, guide exercises, and document progress in FOX's EMR within a geriatric house calls model. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, enjoy mentorship from a supervising PT, and have opportunities to grow clinically, caseload, and career in a supportive environment.
