Job Description: What You Will Do:* Lead, train, and schedule AV techs to ensure flawless event support—because every good show starts backstage.* Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment for meetings and events (no tangled cables on your watch).* Track inventory, manage equipment maintenance, and help keep everything from microphones to projectors in top form.* Collaborate with banquet teams, vendors, and clients to bring Banquet Event Orders to life.* Coach and hold your team accountable—AV success is a team sport!What We Are Looking For:* 6+ months of AV experience required – You’ve got hands-on know-how and aren’t afraid of cables.* 2+ years of AV or banquet experience and leadership background (preferred) – Shows you're ready to lead from the front of house or back.* High school diploma or equivalent preferred – Your education helps you bring structure to the tech.* Basic Microsoft Office skills – To keep your tracking and scheduling as polished as your events.* Experience with Delphi software (preferred) – Knowing the tools of the hospitality trade is a bonus.Why Atrium?Hear it from Jennifer T. “What I enjoy most about being a Director of Housekeeping at Atrium is the positive atmosphere and the incredible team.
