To support a growing finance team, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Revenue Manager will oversee the end-to-end revenue lifecycle and order-to-cash operations while managing a team focused on technical revenue accounting under ASC 606 in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end revenue accounting operations, including billing systems, contract reviews, invoicing, collections, and cash application Directly manage and mentor a Senior Accountant, Revenue, and an Accounts Receivable Specialist, setting operational priorities and reviewing technical revenue schedules Serve as the subject matter expert for complex revenue arrangements and formulate revenue accounting policies as new products and pricing models launch
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 4+ years in technical revenue recognition (ASC 606) and order-to-cash operations within SaaS or tech companies 2+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record in mentoring revenue and AR professionals Deep knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606 and ASC 340-40) and revenue audit requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation required (active or inactive) Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and billing engines, as well as CRM platforms like Salesforce
