As part of our commitment to selfless service, we ensure our therapists have the tools and resources needed to thrive in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs, behaviors, and capabilities through interviews and direct observations.Develop personalized treatment plans by utilizing a combination of social, medical, and psychotherapeutic data to create effective intervention strategies such as therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and skill training.Set and manage short-term and long-term therapeutic goals tailored to each individual patient.Foster open communication by encouraging clients to explore their feelings and behaviors through therapeutic dialogue.Design and oversee appropriate treatment regimens that include psychotherapy while collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate supportive care.Utilize diverse modalities to address various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, addiction, and issues related to interpersonal dynamics.Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries to monitor patient progress and treatment efficacy.Engage in consultations with other mental health professionals to promote a holistic, compassionate approach to treatment.Stay updated with federal, state, and local regulations affecting therapeutic practices, ensuring compliance in all professional activities.Uphold the organization's vision and values while maintaining a clean and safe virtual therapeutic environment.Perform other duties as assigned that contribute to the effective operation of our practice and service delivery.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Savas Health, you will work with a broad and diverse patient population, including individuals facing chronic and acute mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in supporting patients dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, addiction recovery, relationship difficulties, and coping strategies for chronic pain. This variety of patient interactions not only enriches your professional experience but also enhances your contributions to the broader goals of patient-centered care.QualificationsActive and valid LMFT licensure in the state of California.A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant mental health setting.Strong proficiency in utilizing digital tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse clientele.Preferred ExperienceWhile newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, we highly value candidates who have extensive experience in a multidisciplinary environment and have demonstrated success in providing therapeutic support for a variety of mental health challenges.
