Job Description: 100% Remote - (Generalist) Tax Supervisor Opportunity w/ CPA Firm!!!
Our client is an aggressively growing MidSize CPA Firm headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, who are and actively seeking a (Generalist) Tax Supervisor to join their team on a 100% Remote schedule!!! The plan is for this individual to start on November 17th to get up to speed in time for the Spring Tax Busy Season.

Benefits Include
Base Salary:
$110,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
401K Match: 3.5%, vested 20% per year
Multiple Healthcare Options
Employee Stock Ownership, including Partner buy-in
Path toward Partnership - Multiple Individuals have been promoted to Partner within 3 years of joining the firm.
Hours/Schedule:
Regular Season: 40-45 Hours
Busy Season: 55-60 Hours
All salaried positions must work 1,900 hours annually
23 Days of Firm and Holiday Closures plus PTO (take time off when you need it!)
Summer Fridays Off for Tax Team!!!
