About the Role: The Company is seeking a VP of Procurement to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive procurement strategy. This executive will be responsible for all procurement categories, including aircraft sourcing, operator contracting, and vendor management, with a focus on aligning the strategy with the company's growth objectives and premium client experience standards. The role involves overseeing a high-performing procurement team, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, and establishing procurement governance that supports the company's commitment to safety and service quality. The VP of Procurement will also be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to company-wide strategy and decision-making. Candidates for the VP of Procurement position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive-level negotiation, strategic sourcing, and building and scaling procurement functions.
