Finance Director: Growth, Manufacturing & ERP (Equity)

REGENT Craft Inc. is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the Finance function through a critical growth phase toward full production of Seagliders. You will own accounting, planning, modeling, and reporting while building the financial infrastructure required for scale. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Leadership to drive program economics, Cap Ex decisions, and cost visibility, ensuring accurate financials for board and investors as REGENT moves into
