Creative Director: Growth & Brand Innovation Lead

Craft, a Brooklyn-based brand studio, seeks a senior design leader to own the agency's creative vision across design. Set direction, establish quality standards, and define processes that serve clients and the internal team. You will mentor the design group, collaborate with strategists, brand designers and art directors, and shape launches for growth-stage and enterprise brands.
