Specific skills and knowledge required include: Domain and institutional knowledge of Energy business operations, electric outage management, and operations technology practices. Applications involved: Oracle NMS, Pi Historian, CIS, GIS, SOA. Service Now ticketing systems knowledge. Must have knowledge of PMM/PMO practices.
