L3, Production Support (Senior) Technical Skills 5+ years of application production support experience. Strong troubleshooting experience supporting Java/Spring Boot microservices. Experience supporting Angular and/or React applications. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems architecture. Experience with: Oracle PostgreSQLMongoDBHands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS containers. Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills. ITIL Foundation certification. Experience supporting financial services or large enterprise environments.
