Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Description: Toni Sinclaire (TSS) is one of the largest live sellers on Poshmark. We have an amazing opportunity in an emerging industry. We are seeking candidates to fill a Shipping Associate position to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate outgoing shipment activities during our live shows. The perfect candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to operate in a fast paced environment. There is an opening for both a day and evening shiftResponsibilities: First ShiftAssemble items of clothing, shoes and accessories in bags and number each bagNeatly fold and package each item based on TSS standardsPrepare Brand tags via tag gun and otherInspect the item for any damagePerform other inventory preparation duties including preparing supplies for shipping and moving inventory from room to roomResponsibilities: Second ShiftPrepare boxes for outgoing shipmentsOrganize orders based on list providedWeigh boxes to determine shipping costsDrop packages for outgoing shipmentsMust be able to use internet and Google SheetsQualifications: Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields is preferred but not requiredAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skillsPay: Paid hourly based on ability and performancePayroll is processed weeklyHours:5-6 days per week nightly - night shift5-6 days per week daily - day shiftBenefits: As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for any insurance and tax obligations
