Head of Network Strategy & Analytics

Spring Health in New York is seeking a Director of Network Strategy & Analytics to drive growth and efficiency for a 40,000+ provider network. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the SVP, Provider Operations and requires 3 days in person at the NY HQ. Lead analytics efforts, build forecasting, and partner across teams to improve growth, access, and provider experience. Strong SQL/Looker skills and 8+ years in strategy or analytics are expected.
