Operations Manager ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)

Salary: $110,000.00 per year Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus distributed throughout the first 12 months of employment. This position oversees the daily operations of a large government facilities services contract. The role manages employees and supervisors, ensures work meets contract and quality standards, maintains strong relationships with government/facility representatives, manages schedules and budgets, and addresses operational or quality issues. The manager will also oversee hiring, training, employee performance, safety, inspections, supplies, payroll/timekeeping, and contract compliance. Because this is a government site, the position requires strict adherence to security and facility requirements and regular communication with government contracting personnel. The role also supports Chimes' mission by working with HR, job coaches, and outside agencies to help employees with disabilities maintain successful employment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned government contract Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate employees and supervisors Ensure quality, safety, security, and contract compliance Build relationships with government and facility representatives Monitor inspections and resolve quality/performance issues Manage staffing schedules, timekeeping, payroll, supplies, and budgets Conduct staff training and safety programs Analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions Attend meetings with government and customer representatives Support Chimes employees with disabilities alongside HR and job coaches Respond to urgent contract/facility needs when required

Minimum Qualifications: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph — mandatoryU.S. Citizenship High school diploma/GED; college degree preferred 5+ years of experience managing a workforce on a similar contract Experience with building/facilities service management Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history Ability to obtain/maintain CPR/First Aid certification Knowledge of facility management, safety regulations, chemicals, SDS, and related compliance requirements Notes: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted in lieu of the requirements specified above under
