Chemistry Patent Agent/Patent Attorney

Locations: New York, Houston, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC. Billable hours:1,600

Responsibilities: Patent preparation and prosecution Patent licensing Conducting due diligence in IP transactions towards rendering opinions to clients Working closely with clients, inventors, and firm attorneys.

Patent Attorney Qualifications: Must have patent drafting experience. Must have an advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer science, polymer engineering, biochemistry, or a related field 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience within a law firm. J.D. from an accredited law school Must be in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar Admitted to practice before the USPTO
