Establish and monitor vendor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality and operational performance. Serve as a technical liaison between technology, engineering, construction, facilities, and property operations teams. Maintain visibility into infrastructure deployments, site readiness efforts, remediation projects, and technology transitions across the portfolio. Ensure infrastructure documentation, inventories, configuration records, and technical standards remain current and audit-ready. Support critical escalations and strategic technology initiatives as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, enterprise networking, technology operations, operational technology (OT), or smart building environments. Experience supporting commercial real estate portfolios, property technology initiatives, construction projects, facilities operations, or multi-site environments. Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including switching, routing, wireless infrastructure, VPNs, firewalls, WAN connectivity, redundancy, and failover designs. Experience supporting connected building technologies including BAS/BMS, access control systems, CCTV, managed Wi-Fi, and smart building platforms. Understanding of OT/IT cybersecurity principles, network segmentation, infrastructure security, risk management, and vulnerability remediation. Experience managing vendors, ISPs, system integrators, and technology service providers. Working knowledge of building communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and MQTT preferred. Exposure to Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools is a plus.
