A law firm seeks a Trademark Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trademark law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Duties:
Conduct trademark searches and review search results.
Develop global trademark strategies.
Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution.
Engage in trademark enforcement, including online monitoring and TTAB proceedings.
Draft and send demand letters and handle UDRP proceedings.
Requirements:
2-5 years of trademark experience.
Experience in copyright prosecution and enforcement is a plus.
Knowledge of AI developments in intellectual property is advantageous.
Superior writing and communication skills.
Foreign language skills are valued but not required.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centric environment.
