Key responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive data management tasks, including data review, query generation, and reconciliation across all data streams
Serve as a proficient user of the EDC system, generating reports to track data cleaning progress and conducting quality reviews
Maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor data quality metrics and translate data management metrics into visual reports for stakeholders
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in health, science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in clinical research
Clinical data associate/management experience at a CRO, pharma, medical device, or biotech company
Hands-on experience with EDC systems (e.g., Castor EDC, Rave, Inform)
Demonstrated proficiency in managing reports/dashboards in Power BI
Knowledge of current industry standards (e.g., GCP, ICH, CDISC/CDASH) and strong Excel skills
