Contract Counsel: Global Licensing & Tech Deals (Temporary)

Major League Baseball is seeking a Counsel (Contract) in the Business & Technology Legal department to oversee the legal aspects of MLB and MiLB’s domestic and international commercial activities, including licensing, products, events such as the World Series and World Baseball Classic, marketing, sponsorship, ticketing, and data privacy. You will negotiate and structure major licenses and agreements, advise on technology and content transactions, and coordinate with outside counsel.
