Director of Enterprise SaaS Contracts & Strategy

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking a Director, Associate General Counsel to join the ICE Mortgage Technology legal team. You will draft, negotiate, and close the company’s most complex enterprise SaaS agreements with mortgage lenders, servicers, banks, and strategic technology partners. This in-office role reports to the General Counsel and requires coordinating with product and technology leaders, guiding internal stakeholders, and updating templates to scale with the business.
