Job Description We are seeking a full-time Residential Service Plumber to join our team! We have no shortage of work and a 30+ year base of established customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair all plumbing issues
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Perform all work to code
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures Qualifications:3 years of minimum previous experience working for a plumbing company as a service plumber
- Ability to use plumbing tools, sewer & drain cleaning equipment
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Must have clean driving record for insurance requirements
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay:
Pay is commission-based, with a 30% base pay that increases to 35% if weekly goals are met. A 35% commission is easily attainable for a highly experienced and motivated plumber. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a substantial amount of money. No cap on earnings/
