Opportunity Overview
- Start Date: January 2027
- Contract Length: 6 months (26 weeks)

- Location: Moses Cone as the main location, with floating to other sites required
- Patient Population: All ages

- Full-time commitment required, with minimal requested time off (RTO)
Schedule & Coverage
- Standard shift: 7 AM 3 PM
- Monday and Friday availability is a high priority.
- Flexible scheduling is required, with nonconsecutive workdays.
- Possible schedules include 3x12, 4x10, 5x8, or a combination, depending on coverage needs.
- A 30-minute unpaid lunch applies to 8-hour shifts.
- Must be available for a full-time weekly schedule.
Clinical Details
- Medical direction at Moses Cone.
- Main OR coverage across 20 operating rooms, including general, orthopedic, gynecologic, ENT/eye, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neurologic, and trauma cases.
- Coverage across 5 non-operating-room anesthesia locations, including interventional radiology, electrophysiology, endoscopy, and MRI.
- Average volume: 60+ cases per day.
- Preferred experience in cardiac/vascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia. Cardiac and lung cases are not required at Moses Cone.
- Equipment includes Dräger anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems.
Requirements:
- CRNA board certification
- Active North Carolina license
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- 1 2 years of experience required
- No new graduates
- Credentialing timeframe: days
- Name and NPI required for name-clear process
