Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMOvertime as needed (up to 10 hrs./day, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)Rare Saturdays (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM, only 3–4 times/year)

Pay: $18.00/hr. | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay

About the Role: Personnel Services Unlimited (PSU) is hiring Woodworking Assemblers for a local manufacturer in Shelby, NC. This is a full-time, entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for growth and permanent hire.

What You’ll Do: Assemble products using wood, metal, and plastic. Use carpentry/fabrication tools, follow blueprints, and ensure accurate assembly. Operate a forklift and move heavy sheets of wood. Apply basic math skills: fractions, decimals, and conversions. Assist with equipment maintenance/repairs as needed.
