The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable and dependable team-player.
Job Duties:
This position is responsible for posting vehicles into our accounting system in a timely manner as vehicles are being purchased. Verify vehicle's documents. Handles all aspects of title processing on purchase vehicles. Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the titling process. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Title knowledge. Knowledge of Dealer Track is a plus. Ability to problem solve. Time management skills. Communication skills. Highly organized. Must be able to meet established deadlines.
Schedule Requirements:
Full-time: 40 Hours a week Monday - Friday: Start at 7:00am or 8:00 am (Flexible). Occasional over-time as business needs require.
