You will be the primary point of contact for prospective, current, and referring clients as they seek information, help, and guidance on choosing their best paths for recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and informative service and support to every incoming call/visitManage and plan for program capacity, census, and goals Coordinate scheduling of appointments, visits, and treatmentsDetailed documentation of initial and ongoing interactions Intuitively handling sensitive conversations and provide personalized communicationHandle high-volume call center setting while maintaining empathy and patience Qualifications:2+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare sales, admissions, or a similar client-facing roleStrong ability to remain sensitive, informative, and goal-drivenHealthcare scheduling, insurance verification or admissions experience is a plusSchedule: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–SaturdayLocation: Onsite | Raleigh, NCInterested in this opportunity?
