We are seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney with at least three years of experience to join our team at our downtown Hartford office.
Candidates should have a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, with progressively increasing responsibility in transactional matters.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contract drafting and negotiation, or financing transactions is preferred.
Experience working with private funds is an added advantage.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong legal drafting, advocacy, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Excellent judgment and verbal communication abilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse internal stakeholders.
A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and exceptional client support.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Connecticut Bar admission in good standing, or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
