Vice President Legal

The company: 's portfolio includes $1.7B in owned real estate, 2.2M stabilized office RSF, and 1.2M third-party managed office RSF. As the sole in-house lawyer, the role will serve as a key strategic partner to the company's leadership team, providing sophisticated legal counsel across its business while helping advance the company's continued growth. Applicants must have strong real estate transactional experience. This role will manage outside counsel on litigation and employment matters as needed. This position will also work closely with every department in the company - executive, finance, investments, development, accounting, asset management, and property management - and touches the full life cycle of the company's assets.
