The work Facilitate remote divorce, family, and civil mediation sessions. Help participants identify priorities, explore options, and work toward mutually acceptable resolutions. Maintain neutrality, confidentiality, and appropriate professional boundaries. Prepare and maintain documentation appropriate to each engagement. Communicate clearly and professionally with participants. The arrangement This is an independent contractor opportunity. There is no W-2 employment relationship, base salary, or employee benefits. You may accept or decline offered engagements, manage your availability, and maintain your own practice and other professional relationships. You retain control over your professional judgment and mediation methodology.
