Director, Captive Insurance & Risk Financing (Remote)

Greystar seeks a Director, Insurance Captive & Accounting to lead captive operations within Risk Management. You will own the captive program, coordinate with Finance, and drive reporting, capital planning, and new program opportunities for enterprise risk management. You will partner with Treasury, Actuarial, Legal, Payroll, and GMS to implement risk financing strategies, while advising senior leadership on performance and potential improvements.
