Business Analyst: Process Improvement & Analytics

City of New York's DEP is seeking a Business Analyst within the Bureau of Customer Services to support process improvement, data analysis, and reporting. You will report to the Director and manage projects from ideation through implementation. Requirements include strong analytical and writing abilities, Excel proficiency, experience with technology projects, and DEP Bureau of Customer Services experience. 35 hours per week, on-site at Lefrak Building in Flushing.
