What You'll Do: Engage customers at assigned retail locations Educate customers on Duke Energy's Power Manager program and its benefits Enroll eligible customers in the program Convert customer interest into successful enrollments Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and enrollment goals Answer customer questions and provide a positive customer experience Professionally represent Sales Focus Inc. and our client Travel between assigned retail locations as needed

What We're Looking For: Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing and comfortable approaching customers Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales goals Professional, dependable, and coachable Strong problem-solving skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned retail locations Ability to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends Schedule Full-time Retail hours Weekend availability required About Sales Focus Inc.
