| Superintendent | Los Angeles, Orange County | Full-Time | Onsite | Traveling Options Available | $100,000 - $125,000 |Renewyx have partnered with a growing commercial general contractor active across Southern California to bring on a Superintendent. Steady tenant improvement and ground-up commercial work is keeping this team busy across LA and Orange County, and they need a site leader who can run the day to day without missing a beat.𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:Walk sites daily, keep subcontractors and inspections on track, and own the schedule from mobilization to punch list. You're the one client, crew, and inspector all come to when something needs a decision.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: •5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial construction (TI, structural, or ground-up) • Comfortable running a schedule, Microsoft Project experience a big plus • Solid grip on plans, specs, codes, and subcontractor coordination𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱): •OSHA-30 (or willing to get certified fast) • Procore, Plan Grid, or similar • LEED or similar accreditation𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:• From $100,000 - $125,000 per year depending on experience.• Permanent, full-time• Field-based across Los Angeles, Orange County, and Southern California• Competitive PTO and holidays, full medical/dental/vision, strong 401k match, life insurance, vehicle allowance, and equity participation for the right fit You don't need to tick every box.
