Hybrid Corporate Paralegal - M&A & Securities

Holland & Hart is seeking a paralegal to join our growing Corporate practice group. This position can be based in any of Holland & Hart's offices, depending on the candidate's location and/or interests. Hybrid work arrangements (remote and in-person) are available. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of corporate/securities paralegal experience, with M&A closings, Delaware corporate law or securities closings, SEC filings, and a degree from a four-year college or paralegal certificate.
