Camp Director: Lead Teams, Programs & Onsite Residency

Camps Airy & Louise seeks a Director of Camp Airy, the year-round leader responsible for advancing the mission and operational success. The Director will recruit campers, hire and develop staff, oversee programming and camp operations, and foster a values-based culture in collaboration with Camp Louise. Position requires living onsite during summer and active engagement with the Airy & Louise community, with compensation in the $100k–$120k range plus benefits and summer housing.
