Producer Branch Manager — Grow Your Mortgage Team & Income

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in El Paso, TX to continue originating while building a high-performing team. You will recruit and coach loan officers, lead branch culture and grow the branch's P&L, leveraging your strong referral network. Expect competitive compensation: $80K–$220K base, plus commission on personal production and branch overrides, with sign-on bonus and full benefits. Processing and back-office support are provided.
