Real Estate & Facilities Leader

Delmarva Power & Light Co. is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Facilities executive to manage all real estate transactions and facilities operations for the utility. You will lead a team, drive strategic planning, and optimize asset value while reducing costs across land, rights of way, and substations. In this role you will partner with senior management, ensure safety and diversity, and deliver programs that improve service delivery.
