In this role, you'll sell advertising solutions to businesses throughout the United States for nationally distributed trade association publications and digital media. You'll build relationships with business owners and executive decision-makers while managing the sales process from initial conversation through closing.
Compensation & Benefits:
Our Inside Advertising Sales Representatives receive starting annual compensation of $60,000, with uncapped commissions that allow top performers to earn substantially more.

- Sell advertising space and marketing solutions via phone and virtual meetings
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Present advertising options clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Close new business and upsell existing clients
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and phone presence
- Comfortable conducting business entirely over the phone and online
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, inside sales environment
