Remote ITSM Director: Service Delivery & Automation

American Cancer Society, Inc. is seeking a Director of IT Service Management (ITSM) to lead the IT Support Center and shape enterprise ITSM strategy. This fully remote role can be home-based anywhere in the United States, with onsite onboarding the first day. The role drives service delivery, governance, automation, and continuous improvement across ITSM, service uptime, and customer experience, while developing a high-performing team and managing vendors.
