Phone monitor will provide written documentation of feedback provided by program participants and families to the Monitoring Manager and Director of Compliance Risk Management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
