Health Care Benefits Company Overview: Ever Line Coatings and Services, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Crew Lead to lead our Seattle Location. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network. Job brief We are looking for a Line Striping - Crew Lead to oversee all staff, maintenance items, and operations of the local business unit. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations Help design strategy and set goals for growth Set policies and processes Ensure employees work productively, arrive to work on time, and develop professionally Oversee recruitment and training of new employees Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Direct the employee assessment process Prepare regular reports for ownership Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Create a culture of continuous improvement with trying new processes and methods Shop maintenance items and inventory replenishment Knows how to turn a wrench Is skillful at doing so and takes the time to teach employees so they become self-sufficient Quickly solves problems on the fly using available tools and resources Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Crew Lead or similar role from a skilled trade Attention to detail and previous painting experience Follows through on commitments and leads by example Experience in planning and budgeting Experienced with using hand and power tools Skilled enough to use the proper tools to troubleshoot broken equipment on jobsites, make repairs, and perform scheduled maintenance on equipment Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude Great leadership skills and management of people Bias to action and isn't afraid to try new things Is thoughtful of others and can help build/execute a training program for Line Striping/Pavement Maintenance Technicians Previous Automotive and Mechanic Skills is a plus The right candidate will be in alignment with our core values and purpose. Compensation: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour Ever Line Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company. We provide high quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, parking garages and warehouses. In addition to painting services, we offer asphalt and concrete repair, sealcoating, crackfiling, epoxy flooring and more.
