Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required/preferred based on facility requirements
- Prior occupational therapy experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a correctional medicine environment
- Strong assessment, rehabilitation, and communication skills
