Head of E‑Commerce & Digital Growth

Southern Shirt is seeking a Director of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing to own the online channel from strategy to execution. Based in Homewood, AL, you will drive B2C revenue, lead CRO and content, and partner across Product, Merchandising, Brand, and IT to optimize the online experience. You will manage budgets, channel mix, and KPIs, guiding paid media and SEO/SEM, while leveraging data and AI to boost conversion, retention, and LTV across paid, owned, and organic channels.
