What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support a team of Retread Technicians by providing guidance and answering procedural questions
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new Retread Technicians
  • Ensure all retreading procedures and quality standards are consistently followed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to retreading equipment and processes
  • Perform regular quality inspections of retreaded tires to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, including consistent use of required PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots
What You Bring:
  • Strong understanding of tire retreading processes, equipment, and materials
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Thorough knowledge of company and industry safety standards, procedures, and regulations
